Greetings! I am Julien Bompard, the chef and owner of Le Saint Julien Restaurant and La Fromagerie Cheese & Gourmet food shop in Singapore. I have over 25 years of culinary experience in France, America and Asia. Our restaurant, Le Saint Julien, has been in Singapore for 8 years and we have received many awards for our excellence in food quality and service distinctions.

“Cuisine” by chef Julien is our latest creation of a la carte dishes, garnishes and sauces precooked with Sous-Vide technology. They are premium food products stored in packets offering diners perfect taste consistency and convenience for easy and creative home cooking.

Our Expertise & Sous-Vide

Over the past 10 years, I have worked with professionals in the field of Sous-Vide technology to develop and refine this cooking process. Sous-Vide means “under-vacuum”, the process involves packing food into a food-safe plastic bag, removing the air with chamber vacuum-packing machine and to process the cooking and pasteurization in water bath at controlled and moderate temperature to maintain perfect hygiene, nutrition, tenderness and flavours of the food.

Flexibility and Convenience

The range of “Cuisine” by chef Julien offers you the flexibility of cooking fine foods at home with a choice of dishes that you can keep refrigerated for weeks and with the convenience to re-heat easily in micro-waves, traditional ovens or stoves. Powered by Saint Julien’s menu of traditional dishes, sauces, garnishes and seasonal specials, you can create your own menu at home in just few minutes!
