A subtle blend of olive varieties, including mainly Aglandau, Salonenque, and Grossane, plus Verdal olive from Bouches du Rhône.This results in an intense flavor, with notes of raw artichoke, fresh herbs, and arugula, also evoking the fruity taste of ripe apple. Long slightly peppery finish.
All of the olive trees are carefully tended by using craft methods, in order to warrant the prestigious protected designation of origin: AOP.
